We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our great HR team at the core business. Reporting to the HR manager; this role will work with business managers across a diverse engineering organisation providing professional advice and guidance across a breadth of HR activities.

Please note:

  • This role will be part of a busy operational HR team who provide a service across a broad range of functions. The role provides variety and opportunity for personal growth whilst working in an interesting, exciting business. 
  • The role is a flexible location worker role so candidates can work at home and should be able to work flexibly at our Nuneaton site at least twice a week and travel to other UK locations is required occasionally. 

 

Experience
  • A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience at a similar level in a professional (ideally technical) organisation
  • Experience of monitoring, review and implementation of a range of working and employment practices across a diverse organisation.
  • Ideally experience of providing HR services to international staff and offices and secondments.
  • Ideally experience of implementing new HR systems
Skills
  • Excellent communication, consultation and facilitation skills.
  • The ability to process information quickly and assess all relevant issues from a wide range of perspectives, with consideration of business risk and benefits.
  • Excellent project management and the ability to enable colleagues to understand the requirements of a project to enable delivery of essential components
Qualifications
  • Relevant degree (e.g. HR, Business Studies/Management or similar topic)
  • CIPD or equivalent Chartered Member
