We have an exciting new opportunity. We are looking for someone to take responsibility for the existing MIRA Technology Park (MTP) Services and develop the roadmap for the development of future services and their integration, both in deliver, pricing and promotion.
The candidate will work on integrating the Technology Park services so that the customer receives a seamless service no matter which teams are delivering the service.
We're looking for someone who can work across MTP to make it a simple place to conduct business with a great customer experience, as a tenant, as a user of the Proving Ground and as a recipient of MIRA services and projects, so we attract more customers and grow our business.
- Experience
The candidate should have extensive experience of working in a similar role in a comparable organisation (ideally a Technology Park or Proving Ground business).
- A proven track record and reputation for delivering a great customer experience that is simple and reliable and secures repeat business
- Demonstrable experience team leadership and implementation of change projects.
