Here at HORIBA MIRA we are recruiting a Corporate Software Developer that will define and refine specifications in a diverse technical business. The role will also involve developing new features and enhancements, as well as resolve issues.

Essential Experience
Demonstrable knowledge and experience of coding in Progress OpenEdge using:
- AppBuilder and Architect,
- Versions 10.x or 11.x,
- Complex user-interfaces with multi-database updates
- PASOE AppServer
- Useable knowledge of.NET and Infragistics controls
- Hands-on experience in designing interactive applications
- Knowledge of Relational Database Administration
- Experience in developing webspeed applications
- Experience with test-driven development
- Ability to document requirements and specifications
- Able to communicate with non-technical stakeholders
- Problem Solving
Preferred Experience
Demonstrable knowledge of:
- OERA
- Experience of Microsoft O365
- Experience integrating with 3rd party applications
- Demonstrable knowledge of source code control (GIT is preferred)
- Understanding of fault reporting / issue tracking systems would be beneficial
